Secondly, GTSL is a wholly indigenous mortgage banking company. It is also a wholly-owned subsidiary of Industrial and General Insurance Plc (IGI). The General Insurance Plc (IGI) is the foremost and biggest Insurance underwriter in Nigeria and West Africa and has a global presence and outreach in Rwanda, Uganda, London, and Washington DC.

Moreover, GTSL is duly accredited by the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN), the apex mortgage institution in Nigeria. The accreditation gives it the right to access and package long-term loans through the vehicle of the Federal Government-sponsored National Housing Fund (NHF) Scheme.

Also, GTSL is reputed as a leading institution in the mortgage banking sector. And it focuses on core mortgage business and promotion of homeownership, retail mortgage banking operation, wealth creation, and delivery of similar financial advisory services.

Recruitment Requirements

The requirements to apply for the recruitment are as follows:

  1. B.Sc/HND in any relevant discipline obtained from a recognized institution.
  2. OND/NCE in any relevant discipline obtained from a recognized institution.
  3. General Certificate of Education (Advanced Level) in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings
  4. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 credits in SSCE/WASSCE (including Mathematics and English Language) at a sitting, or 6 credits at not more than 2 sittings.
  5. Any other qualifications that are equivalent to the ones listed above
  1. Good interpersonal skill and ability to work in a team
  2. Excellent written and oral communicative skills.
  3. Must be computer literate.
  4. NYSC discharge/exemption certificate.
