Step 1. Log into your CareAcademy account, via this URL https://go.careacademy.com
Step 2. Scroll to the very top of your dashboard and click on the “Deactivated Caregivers” tab. This is located right above the title of the dashboard page
Step 3. You are now viewing all of the deactivated caregivers.
Step 4. Find the caregiver you want to delete.
Step 5. Click on the blue button next to the caregiver’s name that says “Delete” to permanently delete your account.
You can follow the above steps to delete your account on iPhone, Android, and even PC.
