Step 2. Click on Settings.
Step 3. Go to the Billing Page.
Step 4. Now, once you are in the Billing Page, click on ‘Cancel Account’ below the Billing History section.
Step 5. Immediately, it will open a window that will complete the cancellation process and stop the billing for your site.
Step 6. Meanwhile, you will have to click on “Cancel My Account” a couple of times to complete the process. Once it’s complete, you will be logged out and your site set to inactive. Therefore, you or any of your users won’t be able to log in after that.
Note: The above cancellation process is only for Essential and Plus clients.
