Step 2. Click on SUPPORT & TROUBLESHOOTING which is located at the bottom section of the page.
Step 3. Click on DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 4. Click on CONTACT SUPPORT.
Step 5. Enter your EMAIL ADDRESS that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 6. Enter your PHONE NUMBER.
Step 7. Select I M A PASSENGER, from the drop-down list.
Step 8. Now, in the box “ADDITIONAL DETAILS” write your honest reason to delete your account”
Step 9. Click on SUBMIT to delete your account.
Step 10. Finally, UNINSTALL the app from your device to permanently delete your account.
How To Delete Your LYFT Account On The Mobile App
Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Open the LYFT mobile app on your phone.
Step 2. Tap the three bars and select “HELP”
Step 3. Tap Help on the menu.
Step 4. On the bottom section of your screen under “GET HELP” click on PROFILE AND ACCOUNT SETTINGS.
Step 5. Now, tap on DELETE MY ACCOUNT.
Step 6. Finally, UNINSTALL the app from your smartphone to permanently delete your account.
