Follow these steps below:

Step 2. Log into your account.
Step 3. Click on ACCOUNT.
Step 4. Click on “I WANT TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT”
Step 5. Verify that you actually want to permanently close your account, or just cancel your paid subscription.
Step 6. Now click on CLOSE ACCOUNT which is located on the left section of the page.
Step 7. Immediately, a page will appear “We’re sad you want to leave us” and will begin the five-step process to close your account.
Step 8. Now click on CONTINUE.
Step 9. Verify that you’re signed in to the right account by click on CONTINUE again.
Step 10. Spotify will warn you that you’ll lose your followers and playlists. Check the box confirming you understand the consequences, and then click on CONTINUE.
Step 11. Again click on CONTINUE on the next page.
Step 12. Immediately, an email will be sent to your EMAIL ADDRESS that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 13. Now, open your EMAIL and then click on the CLOSE MY ACCOUNT link.
Note, you must click this account deletion link that you received in your email within 24 hours, or else it will not be effective.
