Step 4. Enter your email address that is linked to the account you want to delete.

Step 6. On the section, “We Are Sorry To See You Go” select your honest reason for leaving your account.
Step 7. And in the message box, write your honest reason to delete your account.
Step 8. Finally, click on SUBMIT to complete the process.
