Follow these steps below:

Step 2. Now you will be taken to the Request Page, where you will have to fill in the required information.
Step 3. Enter your email address that is linked to the account you want to delete.
Step 4. In the Subject section, write “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
Step 5. On the Description box, write your honest reason to delete your account.
Step 6. Now on the section, “why do you need our Help?” select MANAGING MY ACCOUNT.
Step 7. Immediately, a new section will appear, on the bottom of this page which is “how we can help you managing your account?”. select “CLOSING MY ACCOUNT.”
Step 8. Finally, click on SUBMIT.
Step 9. Having follow the above steps, you are going to receive a message from the TalkTalk Customer Support within 48 hours regarding your account deletion.
