Step 1. Sign-in to your Admin Console (you must be signed in as the account owner).
Step 2. Click ‘Settings’, the square icon in the bottom-left corner.
Step 3. Click the ‘General’ tab.
Step 4. Scroll down and click ‘Account, billing, and usage’.
Step 5. Now, scroll down again and click on DELETE ACCOUNT to permanently delete your account/profile.
Note: If you want to keep any of your UserVoice data, you MUST export it and save it before you can follow the above steps.
