Follow these steps below:
Step 1. Log into your wikipedia.org account on any browser of your choice.
Step 2. Click on your USERNAME, which is located at the top right side section of the home page.
Step 3. Now, click on USER PAGE to proceed to edit mode.
Step 4. Click on INSERT and after that on TEMPLATE.
Step 5. Now search for the retired template and then click on ADD TO TEMPLATE.
Step 6. Again, click on INSERT.
Step 7. And finally, click on SAVE PAGE to cancel your account on Wikipedia.org
